We ordered a cake from Jacquette's and the service was fantastic. There was an issue with the cake and they made a new one while I picked up other things for the party, they saved the day with their great customer service.

Attended a baby shower that was catered by Jacquette's... oh my word. EVERY PIECE 9f pastry tasted like it was made by angels' hands. So good.

I highly recommend fresh baked goods and Jacquette's definitely upholds that standard. I grew very tired of buying grocery store overpriced baked goods that were just mediocre. Buying from here will satisfy your cravings quickly because nothing beats quality.

I can't speak to everything offered here but I ordered donuts and they were pretty good and fresh, however I also have limited experience with going to actual bakeries. I wanted to support a small business while trying something new. The customer service was definitely lacking/borderline rude but honestly someone could spit on me and if they had good enough products I'd be back. That being said, I do plan to try and return at some point to try out the "doissants," but couldn't see it happening for just donuts given the atmosphere. I'll update if the overall attitude/atmosphere is better next time, everyone could have just been having a bad day.
